Amidst the arrival of the global pandemic, the Association renamed their 2020 conference "All Over" in homage to the fact that, while the in-person event was postponed until the next year, the conference would still be happening online and on people's screens, in their homes, all over the world 🌎

I paired my own hand lettering for the main titles with the Triplex font family for the sub-headers and body text. Triplex, Triplex Sans, and Triplex Sans Italic were designed by Zuzana Licko and John Downer for the Emigre type foundry.
Complimenting the typography are building illustrations from 6 different continents and 10 different countries. The drastically different styles of architecture serve as a visual reference to the remote format of the 2020 conference that gave more people from all corners of the globe new means of access to ATypi's virtual workshops. Each building either echoes a letterform in its silhouette or responds to the negative space in between each character. For the speakers pages, a long and difficult volume of listed names, I turned each page into a rectangular spiral of name/title/company, as a way to design around the concept "All Over".
